About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and articulate Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation to support our pre-sales and business development efforts.

This position is ideal for candidates who have strong writing skills and a passion for technology, with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear, client-friendly content. Over time, this role offers a growth path into a Pre-Sales Consultant/Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with pre-sales managers, solution architects, and subject matter experts to gather technical and business inputs.
• Draft, edit, and format client proposals, technical approaches, and RFP responses.
• Develop and maintain reusable content, templates, and style guides for proposals and technical documents.
• Create diagrams, workflows, and visual aids to support written content.
• Ensure proposals are well-structured, persuasive, compliant, and delivered on time.
• Support the creation of presentations, case studies, and capability documents for business development.
• Work closely with the pre-sales team to reflect the value proposition and solution fit in proposals.
• Continuously improve documentation processes for efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience 6 months to 1 year
• Prior experience as a Technical Writer, Proposal Writer, or Documentation Specialist preferred.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, persuasive client-facing content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with proposal writing, RFP processes, or pre-sales support is highly desirable.
• Technical certifications (e.g., CS50, Salesforce, ITIL, etc.) will be considered a strong plus.
• Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Confluence, Markdown, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines
