What you’ll do
Work with engineers, product managers, and product designers to create clear, customer-facing documentation for Metabase.
Collaborate with our Success Engineers to understand how customers think and develop best practices, guides, and tutorials to address customer needs.
Become a product expert, test new features, and provide product feedback.
About you
3+ years of experience writing docs for technical audiences in data analytics, data engineering, or related fields.
Technical expertise in data science or data engineering - you’ll be expected to be a product and domain expert.
Strong SQL skills.
Solid understanding of database concepts and data landscape.
Experience with docs-as-code workflows, Markdown, and Git.
Nice to have
Experience with API and SDK documentation.
Familiarity with Python or JavaScript.
Strong opinions about docs tooling.
