What you'll do:
Create, edit, and maintain product documentation, including knowledge base articles, release notes, UX copy, and in-app content.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand new features, workflows, and integrations, translating technical specifications into clear end-user documentation.
Own the documentation lifecycle from planning through to publishing, keeping content in sync with product releases.
Maintain a style guide and documentation standards to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and formatting across all content.
Create visual aids such as diagrams, screenshots, etc., to supplement written content.
Collect feedback from internal teams to identify gaps and drive improvements to existing documentation.
Monitor documentation metrics such as page views, search queries, and support ticket deflection, and use that data to decide what to work on next.
What you'll bring:
Exceptional written English skills and a keen eye for detail.
2+ years in technical writing or a similar role (e.g. product, support, or content writing for SaaS).
Ability to write well-structured technical content for both technical and non-technical readers.
Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, product requirements, and wireframes.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across product, engineering, and support teams without friction.
Able to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and support to gather information and align on content.
A portfolio or writing samples that show published technical documentation you’ve authored.
