We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Technical Training Specialist in Munich. We designed the position as a 38 hrs/week position, limited to 2 years!
Curious what your day-to-day will look like? Let’s dive in:
- Operate and maintain training equipment and facilities within our Service Capability Center.
- Organize and deliver training programs for service partners, including managing technical documentation.
- Coordinate training projects and collaborate with technical support to optimize and expand content.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure smooth execution of training activities.
- Collect feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery quality.
- Support team initiatives and contribute to policy and procedure improvements.
Your profile
That sounded exciting, right? To make sure you feel comfortable and successful in this role, it would be great if you bring:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field (or business studies with technical focus).
- Understanding of PV and ESS products and systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite training support.
- Language skills: English & German C1, and Chinese is a plus.
