Who we're looking for
With a deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies, as a Technical Team Lead in Copilot you will play a dual role: leading strategic customer engagements while also driving excellence and consistency within the Copilot AI team. You’ll lead an agile team and be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in the adoption and rollout of M365 Copilot, Agents with Copilot Studio and their auxiliary services.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design AI solutions, and ensure successful integration and deployment.
You will also be responsible for feeding these client learnings into our internal and external AI Strategy and how we showcase the latest AI capabilities both internally and with clients as part of our GTM Strategy.
We work with a Winning from Anywhere® approach but there is an element of travel to client sites when required, along with travel to our company conference and events.
What you'll be delivering
- Lead and inspire a high-performing AI delivery team, driving operational excellence and best practices.
- Shape strategy by collaborating with senior leaders on Transparity’s Copilot and wider AI roadmap.
- Be the AI expert, providing technical guidance on Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, and emerging Microsoft AI technologies.
- Engage customers to identify business challenges, design innovative AI solutions, and deliver successful deployments.
- Champion innovation through demos, internal projects, and compelling presentations that showcase AI value.
- Strengthen partnerships by working closely with Microsoft teams and attending training to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor and develop talent, fostering growth through coaching, pairing opportunities, and knowledge sharing.
We think you'll be successful in this role if you have some of the following
- A passion for fostering good engineering practices, tools, and processes, with a strong interest in mentoring and developing engineers
- Experience in or desire to work as a Team Lead
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on effective collaboration in a distributed team environment
- A strong customer focus and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Proven experience in building, operating, and maintaining large-scale distributed systems, including incident response and participation in 24/7 on-call rotations
- Understanding of large language model (LLM) technologies, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and online/offline evaluation methods would be beneficial
- Expertise in wider Power Platform technologies, in particular Power Automate
- Familiarity with Azure services and its ecosystem of tools and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
