We are looking for a passionate Talent Sourcer to help us build a strong candidate pipeline across various markets and functions. You will be responsible for identifying top talent, coordinating interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
Responsibilities:
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the talent needs for various teams (Tech, Finance, Sales, etc.).
Actively source candidates across different platforms and geographies, ensuring diversity in candidate pools.
Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates’ qualifications for different roles.
Manage and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
Keep accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain communication with candidates.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience as a sourcer or recruiter in a fast-paced environment
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage candidates effectively
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience working with ATS systems and scheduling tools
English B2+ Level
