We are currently building a technical support team for a fast-growing European leader in smart home climate control and energy management solutions. Their products help households optimize heating and cooling systems, reduce energy consumption, and actively contribute to a more sustainable future. 

As this team continues to grow, we are hiring across multiple levels, from Technical Support and After Sales Specialists to experienced Team Leaders and Trainers

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be part of an international technical support structure that ensures customers and professional installers receive expert guidance across a portfolio of smart climate and HVAC-integrated solutions. Together, we will be shaping and creating a path customers enjoy taking. 

Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities may include frontline consulting ,troubleshooting and escalation follow-up via email and chat, installer guidance via phone, team leadership, performance coaching, or knowledge development. 

What Makes You A Fantastic Fit

  • Fluency in English (additional European languages such as Italian, Spanish, Dutch, or German are a strong advantage) 

  • Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset 

  • Technical understanding of HVAC systems and/or smart home technologies 

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership 

  • Proactive mindset and outside-the-box approach to problem-solving  

  • High attention to detail  

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively 

  • Experience with smart home solutions or consumer tech support. 

For After Sales profiles:

  • Experience in After Sales and Customer Account field

For senior profiles

  • Proven experience leading support teams or training programs 

  • KPI management and performance optimization experience 

  • Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills, or 

  • Previous content management experience on a similar project.
