The position and your daily adventures

This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office at least 3 times per week. 

What you can expect:

• Complete initial configuration for the employee workstations.
• Install software baseline required for employees.
• Deploy operating system updates and security patches for the employee workstations.
• Harden operating systems and applications according to Klar security standards.
• Create and maintain employee workstations inventory.
• Provide technical support for employees.
• Resolve technical issues regarding the Klar WLAN (WiFi).

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or analytical field (e.g., Computational Engineering, Mechatronics, Mathematics, Informatics , etc.)
• Basic Antimalware knowledgeable.
• Basic Virtualization technology knowledgeable, focus on workstations.
• Intermediate Operating system (Windows and MacOS) an office-related software knowledgeable.
• Conversational English level.

Non-technical (soft skills) 

• Problem-finder and problem-solver. Has the ability to tackle broad questions, identify the right problem to solve and generate solutions for it.
• Self-starter and proactive. Does not require constant supervision, and paces her work; curiosity drives her to find new work streams that help the company’s goals.
• Organized and structured. Plans, organizes and structures his efforts in order to achieve the most effectiveness in the more efficient way.
• Analytical and critical thinker. Leverages available data and searches for new data points to make informed decisions; does not go with the first hunch or the first answer, but tests her answers against data and facts.
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Knows how to communicate his findings in a way that others can understand and leverage.
