We’re excited to welcome a new colleague to join our dynamic Service & Support team in İstanbul.
Curious about what your journey with us would look like? Let’s dive right in:
- Act as the interface between customers and Sungrow, ensuring smooth communication and support.
- Take ownership of assigned customer cases and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Provide technical service and support during on‑site interventions, field visits, or remote dispatches.
- Diagnose technical issues and contribute to sustainable service solutions.
- Support our Project Management team during commissioning and site acceptance processes.
- Follow established operational procedures, health & safety regulations, and documentation standards.
- Long-term intern for 36 hours a week.
Your profile
That sounded exciting, right? To ensure you feel confident and happy in your role, it would be great if you bring along the following background:
- Education as an Electrical Technician or Electrical Engineer.
- Language skills: Turkish and English at B2 level or higher.
- Willingness to participate in on‑call duty when required.
- Experience interacting with customers - ideally in technically or time‑critical situations.
