  • Act as the interface between customers and Sungrow, ensuring smooth communication and support.
  • Take ownership of assigned customer cases and ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide technical service and support during on‑site interventions, field visits, or remote dispatches.
  • Diagnose technical issues and contribute to sustainable service solutions.
  • Support our Project Management team during commissioning and site acceptance processes.
  • Follow established operational procedures, health & safety regulations, and documentation standards.
  • Long-term intern for 36 hours a week.

Your profile

  • Education as an Electrical Technician or Electrical Engineer.
  • Language skills: Turkish and English at B2 level or higher.
  • Willingness to participate in on‑call duty when required.
