Technical Support Engineer - Germany

Your mission

  • Provide expert technical support for PV string inverters.
  • Deliver comprehensive training to customers, installers, and EPCs on technical needs.
  • Coordinate with the R&D department to resolve general issues and strategize troubleshooting solutions.
  • Travel to customer sites to assist with problem resolution and data collection.
  • Generate detailed reports for product failure analysis and risk assessment.

Your profile

Alright, alright, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit in this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:
  • Possess a degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or an Industrial degree with profound knowledge in either field.
  • Hold relevant certifications applicable to EU countries.
  • Demonstrate fluency in English (C1) and German (C1).
  • Be willing to travel up to 50% of your time to provide support across Europe.
  • Have extensive knowledge of the PV industry and experience with related products.
