Job Description

We are looking for Technical Support Engineers!

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. You’ll work with different systems, software, and hardware, and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of College Level
  • IT-Tech Voc Strand graduates are an advantage
  • With at least a neutral English accent
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
  • Call Center experience is an advantage but not required
  • Applicants with no call center experience are encouraged to apply!
