여러 채널(티켓팅 시스템, 실시간 채팅, 스크린 공유 도구)을 통해 고객과 소통하여 기술 지원 요청을 파악하고 해결하는 동시에 고객에게 플랫폼 사용에 대한 교육을 지속적으로 실시
기술 문제를 재현하고 Datadog의 600개 이상의 통합에 대해 자세히 파악
고객과의 상호작용에서 얻은 피드백을 바탕으로 내부 팀과 제품 관련 토론에 참여
하나 이상의 데이터독 제품 영역에서 고도의 지식을 갖춘 전문가로 교육받기
데이터독 사무실에서 주 3~5일 근무

자격 요건

컴퓨터 과학/공학 전공자 및/또는 부트캠프 졸업자
오픈소스 프로젝트(코드, 버그 리포트 등) 및 엔지니어링 커뮤니티(밋업 등)에 적극적으로 기여한 분
자기 동기 부여가 강하고 세심한 주의력이 있으며 지속적인 학습에 대한 열망이 있는 분
고객 중심 접근 방식을 기본으로 하는 비판적 사고자
효과적인 서면 및 구두 의사 소통자
프로그래밍 경험이 있고 Linux에 대한 기본 지식이 있는 분
