Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with proven experience in technical support, software troubleshooting, and customer assistance, ideally within the software or renewable energy sectors.
The candidate, reporting directly to the Head of Technical Support, will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation of our software solutions, minimizing downtime for clients, and contributing to both daily support activities and strategic improvement initiatives.
Your Role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing timely and effective assistance to customers. You will diagnose and resolve software-related problems, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our support services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to minimize client downtime
· Document solutions and build a knowledge base for common problems
· Work closely with project managers and engineers to address client-specific needs
· Liaise with the Head of Technical Support to streamline processes and improve service quality
· Provide customers with guidance, best practices, and technical assistance
· Gather and report customer feedback to help enhance our products
· Collaborate with product and R&D teams to drive software improvements
· Maintain and update technical documentation, user manuals, and FAQs
· Stay up to date with the latest product developments and industry trends
· Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your expertise

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of renewable energy systems, monitoring platforms, or control solutions is a plus
· Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts clearly
· A team player with strong collaboration skills
· Well-organized with keen attention to detail

Working hours: 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday
