Responsabilities π§βπ»
Provide technical support to internal users and assist with new equipment setup.
Resolve support tickets and incidents, escalating when needed.
Diagnose and troubleshoot PC and notebook issues; coordinate repairs or replacements when required.
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers when necessary.
Create and maintain basic internal documentation for support procedures
Assist the Infrastructure team with operational tasks as needed.
Keep IT inventory updated and support basic logistics coordination.
Follow and help enforce IT security policies and best practices.
Support or collaborate on simple automation of repetitive tasks.
π»Required Skills
Graduates of Technical Support, Infrastructure, or related degree programs.
+1 year of experience providing technical support.
Experience and knowledge in notebook setup and troubleshooting.
Experience managing and administering Operating Systems: Windows Server and Linux.
Familiarity with VOIP tools or telephony platformsTechnical .
English (reading and basic communication).
Based in CABA/AMBA, with occasional availability to go to Muttdata offices.
Awareness of IT security best practices.

Basic knowledge of Python.
Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
Basic knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, MariaDB, etc.).
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash).
Familiarity with monitoring tools or systems.
Interest or basic knowledge in process automation.
Experience administering Office 365 suite.
