About the role

Tech riders are a crucial part of our Commercial team! This role is so important, as our partners (e.g. restaurants, shops, grocers etc.) need to be well-educated from the get-go to use our system effectively.

• You will travel island-wide to carry out equipment installations and/or replacements for both new and existing partners
• Become experts with the equipment such that you are able to train new partners on how our tablets work
• Assist with any type of issues our partners may have, generally on-site at the restaurants

What skills you'll need

• To own a motorbike with a valid license, and be able to travel around Singapore on a daily basis
• Basic knowledge of technical devices e.g. how to configure WIFI on a tablet and set up cables. Training will be provided!
• Basic knowledge of Google forms and sheets for partner details and tracking
• Need to be fluent in both English and Mandarin, you'll be speaking with both English and Mandarin speaking restaurant partners
