The Technical Success Manager (TSM) at Nuvei serves as a trusted technical advisor for assigned clients, owning the post‑sales technical relationship end to end. The role focuses on ensuring successful post-live client experience, driving product and practice adoption, and growing the account through innovative technical solutions. Working cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams, the TSM drives issue resolution, manages technical escalations, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve adoption, performance, and long‑term customer value.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts and existing business portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term technical relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop deep expertise in the Nuvei Core platform, APIs, SDKs, and payment solutions to support diverse client use cases.
  • Act as the technical escalation point for production incidents, coordinating internal teams and ensuring timely resolution and communication.
  • Own and drive delivery of client technical projects, including solutions, integrations, and feature demands, from planning through delivery.
  • Translate client business and technical requirements into clear, actionable inputs for internal Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
  • Proactively identify optimization, growth, and upsell opportunities by performing data analysis.
  • Effectively manage priorities across multiple clients while communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency and fluency in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Enterprise or Tier 1 clients in a technical, post-sales, and client-facing role.
  • Proven experience delivering technical products and integration projects in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of web-based system architectures, including client-server models, REST APIs, and SDKs.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Engineering teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in the payments, fintech, or financial services industry.
  • Self-driven, accountable, and proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
