As a Technical Sourcer at Striveworks, you’ll be challenged—and trusted—on day one to identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent. You’ll be an ambassador of Striveworks, playing a critical role in fueling our growth.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $85,000–$100,000/year. Striveworks’ total compensation package includes a competitive base salary, equity grants, and cash bonuses.
