What is the expectation from a Technical Sourcer
Technical Sourcer responsibilities include creating optimum pipelines for the assigned
roles. Ensuring that the pipelines created are running smoothly and follow up wherever
required with the Account Managers to achiever their individual goals.
Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled
employees for the IT positions.
Responsibilities
• Source, screen and provide qualified candidates for various technical roles
• Follow up with candidates for scheduled interviews in a timely manner so as to
ensure smooth process
• Follow up timely with Account Managers to check the feedback and next steps for
candidates
• Reduce our time-to-hire
• Network online and offline with potential candidates to create credibility
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Technical Sourcer
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT
roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g.social media recruiting and Boolean
search)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
