We are looking for a strategic Technical Sourcer to help us grow our world-class team in North America. Your primary focus will be on Technical roles with an emphasis on niche pipelines (data science, data analytics, product management, and design/UXR). You should bring a level of critical thinking, grit and polish while embodying our fun, collaborative culture. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will be critical to creating a seamless sourcing partnership with recruiters and hiring leaders to help Lyft scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage diverse talent pools, ensuring a broad representation of candidates across various backgrounds and experiences
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop proactive pipelines with passive candidates, prioritizing quality over quantity and establishing strong communication channels for updates
  • Source passive candidates from external sourcing efforts through networking and research
  • Develop and report on a sourcing strategy with deliverables and timelines, grounded in market research
  • Proactively ensure data integrity within all talent systems (ATS, Sourcing Tools, Tableau)
  • Closely track and monitor candidate success with passthrough rates and conversions

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing capacity, preferably on Tech pipelines such as SWE, data science, product management, etc.
  • Demonstrated technical sourcing experience for a high-volume tech start-up/company
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding Sourcing metrics, expectations, and goals 
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills and the ability to focus on quality, not just quantity

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule following the establishment of a Lyft office in Nashville — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid

The expected base pay range for this position in the Nashville area is $59,040 - $73,800, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
