About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful Technical Sourcer to help us identify and engage top-tier technical talent. In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong pipelines for high-impact roles across engineering, data science, product, and more. Your work will directly influence our ability to scale with quality and speed.

This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who loves candidate research, values outreach personalization, and thrives in fast-paced, technical environments.

What you'll do

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Proactively identify, engage, and qualify passive technical talent through channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Twitter, niche forums, and events.
Craft compelling outreach messages that reflect our culture, values, and mission.
Manage and maintain candidate pipelines using our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse).
Keep a pulse on the competitive talent landscape, emerging trends, and innovative sourcing techniques.
Track and report sourcing metrics such as reach rates, response rates, and pipeline conversion.

What we’re looking for

1–3+ years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role, preferably in a high-growth tech company or agency setting.
Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Hiretual, AmazingHiring).
Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and terminology (e.g., software engineering, ML, infra, DevOps, security).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and data-driven.
Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation.
Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.
