Role: Technical Software Support
· Minimum 2yr Degree or higher in Computer Science or related education or technical certification programs or equivalent work experience.
· 3+ years of technical and customer service experience in a professional industry, in an end-user computing environment, utilizing effective phone and email communication skills. Including two or more years of technical phone support experience and medical device troubleshooting.
· Minimum 2 years experience with Windows Network administration and supporting Windows OS
· Minimum 2 years experience supporting ERP or CRM or other business application in a multinational environment
