Technical Service Engineer - HK DHL

• Site standby support and carry out corrective/preventive, reactive and operational support activities with Beumer sorter and conveyor system in response to customer requirements.
• Monitor the performance of the equipment; Aim to achieve optimum KPI’s in line with customer demands and service contract.
• Adhere to the quality and reporting systems.
• Travel for possible Field service, trouble-shooting on site or other job-related service activities.
• Communicate with the service manager - and customer in a clear and concise manner.
• Provide adequate feedback and intelligence to Beumer Customer Support.
• Provide adequate feedback and intelligence to Customer Support department.
• Adhere to the monthly performance report to the customer/supervisor.
• Cooperation with all team member.
• Monitor the performance of the site equipment.
• Aim to achieve optimum KPI’s in line with maintenance requirement.

• Bachelor's degree. 
• Min. 1-2 years electrical /Mechanical technical maintenance experience in industry. 
• Basic or above level knowhow in PLC operation (Allen Bradley or Siemens)
• Good speaking and recognition of Cantonese language (aside from English language).
• Electrical/mechanical professional background. 
• Knowledge of industry conveyor/sorter system is preferred. 
• Ability to work independently and work under pressure. 
• Can accept the night Working Shift.
