YOUR ROLE:
We are looking for a self-driven, technically-savvy and analytical Technical SEO Specialist, who will help drive our organic growth. The SEO Specialist will work with other teams across the company on content strategy, link building, keyword strategy, and web page optimisation to increase rankings on all major search networks across different countries and languages.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage multi-lingual platform technical SEO configuration: implementing proper URL structures and hreflang tags;
Implement deep technical SEO expertiseto ensure search engines can efficiently crawl, index, and understand site content. Improve site speed, fixing crawl errors, managing structured data (schema), optimizing URL structures, and enhancing mobile usability;
Create successful SEO-focused content and link-building strategies with international link-building in mind: acquiring backlinks from reputable, language-specific websites to boost local search rankings;
Research relevant and high-potential keywords to use throughout the company's websites and marketing materials;
Optimize the company’s content (web pages, knowledge base articles, blog posts, tutorials, etc.) for better search rankings and AI discoverability;
Monitor daily performance SEO and AI visibility metrics and take actions based on the data;
Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations on growth through SEO;
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords;
Work with the content team to deliver SEO-optimised content;
Collaborate with a team of SEO professionals to successfully execute SEO optimisation strategy.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SEO in English;
Working knowledge of technical SEO, including proficiency in HTML for SEO purposes;
Experience with multilingual SEO practices and GEO best practices;
Implementation of best practices for AI visibility;
Solid experience with link building with external organizations;
Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools;
Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
