This is a mid-level role focused on improving organic visibility through programmatic SEO, technical excellence, scalable SEO solutions, and performance-driven experimentation. You will be responsible for ensuring our websites are fully optimised for crawling, rendering, and indexing across multiple markets, while supporting broader SEO initiatives. This role requires a strong technical foundation combined with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders globally. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawling, rendering, and indexing issues

Work with enterprise crawling tools (e.g. Lumar) to monitor site health and prioritise fixes

Analyse and troubleshoot website templates and page types to optimise for user intent and improve performance at scale

Design and optimise site architecture and internal linking structures, particularly for international markets

Implement and validate structured data (schema) to enhance SERP visibility

Optimise for AI-driven SERP features (featured snippets, AI Overviews, product listings, etc.)

Support and execute site migrations, including redirect planning and validation

Monitor and analyse rank tracking and competitor performance to identify opportunities

Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to deliver scalable SEO improvements

Automate repetitive SEO tasks and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability

Contribute to off-site and broader SEO initiatives (e.g. backlinks, PR, SERP presence) as needed.
