Position Title: Technical SEO and Web Manager

Reports To: SVP of Marketing 

Location: Remote: Some Travel Required

Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 Annual Salary 

 

Position Overview: The Technical SEO and Web Manager owns the website, technical SEO, and parent digital experience to improve organic contribution and engagement quality. This role is a core owner within the Organic and Digital Experience components of the Marketing Operating System.

 


 

Education:

 

  • Degree: Bachelor’s preferred in marketing, computer science, information systems, or related field
  • Certifications: Google Analytics (GA4) or similar analytics certification preferred

 

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • 6+ years' experience in SEO or web management roles
  • Strong technical SEO and CMS experience
  • Working knowledge of UX and conversion best practices
  • Experience with GA4 and Search Console

 

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Manage site architecture, UX, and navigation
  • Own technical SEO execution and roadmap
  • Partner with Brand & Content on messaging clarity
  • Reduce reliance on external vendors
  • Monitor engagement and conversion metrics
