The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Manager with over 8-10 years of hands-on experience in the Software & SaaS industry. This individual will oversee the end-to-end management of Salesforce projects, leveraging extensive expertise in all Salesforce modules, technologies, and tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects from inception to go-live, covering diverse areas such as pre-sales, sales, and after-sales operations, as well as Quote-to-Cash, self-service, field service, e-commerce and complex integrations.

What you will do💡

      • Strategic Leadership:
        • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Salesforce CRM to align with business goals.
        • Lead cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences.
      • Project Management:
        • Manage the complete project lifecycle, from planning and development to deployment and post-go-live support.
        • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
      • Salesforce Expertise:
        • Drive adoption and optimization of Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, Experience Cloud, Digital Cloud, Document Generation, Reporting, Dashboard, AI and Communities.
        • Architect and implement integrations with third-party systems and tools to enhance system capabilities.
      • Team Leadership:
        • Manage and mentor a diverse team of CRM developers, business analysts, and QA professionals.
        • Oversee and enhance testing and QA processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
        • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to achieve project goals.
      • Business Acumen:
        • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring CRM solutions meet business needs.
        • Analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

What Are We Looking For❓

      • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
        • 8-10 years of direct experience in the Software & SaaS industry, with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM management.
        • Extensive experience managing and mentoring teams of developers, business analysts, and QA professionals.
        • Hands-on experience with Salesforce development, implementation, and customization across all modules and tools.
        • Demonstrated expertise in managing Quote-to-Cash, self-service, and field service processes.
        • Proven success in leading complex Salesforce integrations and managing multi-stakeholder projects.
        • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Developer, and Architect certifications (or equivalent).
        • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification.
        • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
        • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
