• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding technical and commercial inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to efficiently resolve any emerging issues.
• Remain up-to-date with industry trends and proactively identify new business opportunities.
• Pinpoint recurring challenges or bottlenecks within our products and operational processes.

Your profile

Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this, keeping in mind the essential electrical equipment focus:

• Ongoing studies in engineering and/or business.
• Demonstrated interest in renewable energy, electrical power systems, such as inverters, transformers, and energy storage systems.
• A strong interest in pursuing a customer service-oriented role.
• Possession of international experience, particularly within regions like China or Europe.
• Exhibit an adaptive, responsible, and curious attitude in your approach to work.
• Ideally English and Finnish. Chinese as a plus.
