As part of your mission, you will be responsible for supporting international clients in choosing their technical solutions and coordinating first-level technical assistance for API solutions, particularly by assisting clients, partners, and IT service providers during the implementation phase as well as in case of technical issues.
A true coordinator, you manage internal and external stakeholders, manage the progress and execution of action plans and project deliverables from end to end, and provide support after the go‑live.
Pre‑Sales Support
- Analyze customer needs and formalize requirements
- Define the appropriate solution
- Support the setup of the contract
- Responsible for the technical solution proposal and its implementation
Solution / Offer Design
- Define the solution adapted to the complex needs of our clients
Testing Phase Support
- Assist the client in defining the test plan and test campaigns
- Provide support during testing
Implementation
- Define the implementation model and coordinate the technical team
- Deploy the technical solution
Post‑Go‑Live Support
- Manage incidents and provide after‑sales technical support
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT technical environments (web services, API, SOAP/XML, REST/JSON)
- Strong knowledge of web service testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, etc.)
- Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a plus
- Experience in credit management (solvency checks, information and debt collection, credit insurance, factoring) is an asset
- Rigorous, analytical, autonomous, organised, with strong synthesis and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills allowing you to interact with internal and external customers
- Ability to work in an international context, with international clients, within multicultural teams
- Fluent in French and English
Languages:
- Fluent in English (CEFR – Level C1)
- Professional in French (CEFR – Level C1)
IT:
- Computer and internet affinity and good technical understanding
- Ease regarding the work with varying software, applications and systems different from product to product
- Professional Microsoft Office skills, esp. MS Excel and MS Word
Education:
- Master’s degree (BAC+5 / Engineering school or equivalent)
Experience:
- Graduated or first practical experiences on the job in a comparable role
- Experience in credit insurance, information/collection/banking business is a plus
- Significant experience (+5 years) in managing connected solutions (API) with direct customer interaction
