Support international clients in selecting technical solutions and coordinate technical assistance for API solutions, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.
As part of your mission, you will be responsible for supporting international clients in choosing their technical solutions and coordinating first-level technical assistance for API solutions, particularly by assisting clients, partners, and IT service providers during the implementation phase as well as in case of technical issues.
A true coordinator, you manage internal and external stakeholders, manage the progress and execution of action plans and project deliverables from end to end, and provide support after the go‑live.
