About the role

 

As a Technical Researcher / Engineer within the Bidding Efficiency workflow, you'll play a pivotal role in exploring and understanding the latest technologies in the ad tech domain. You'll be responsible for conducting in-depth research, experimenting with new technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve their efficacy in our systems. Your role will involve a blend of programming, research, and analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness and feasibility of various ad tech solutions. The following skills will be crucial:

  • Strong technical proficiency: Programming skills and the ability to understand large and complex systems and architectures.
  • Strong desire for learning and knowledge acquisition: Openness to continuous learning and expanding skills in the ad tech domain.

  • Goal-oriented mindset: Focus on achieving specific project goals and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Must have

  • 3+ years of experience as researcher or engineer.
  • Proficiency in programming.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive meaningful insights.
  • Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

  • Contest the status quo. The platform is mature and highly efficient but a complex system is never fully optimized. Help research and understand the equilibrium, design a test suite that will find the good-enough configuration balancing complexity and efficiency
