About the Role:
At Gusto, the People team is the foundation of everything we do. We believe that attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining talent is core to our success. As a Recruiting Manager at Gusto, you’ll empower, lead, develop, and collaborate with a talented team of recruiters focused on building Gusto’s Engineering teams. You will be a true business partner to our Engineering Leaders, heavily impacting Gusto’s hiring strategy and ability to bring in world-class talent.
This role is hybrid, with an expectation to work out of our San Francisco office approximately two days per week.

The Engineering Recruiting team is a dynamic, forward-thinking group focused on identifying top-tier talent through a blend of innovative sourcing and recruiting tools. Our cash compensation amount for this role is $152,000 to $188,000 in Denver & most major metro locations, and $178,000 to $220,000 for San Francisco & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.
When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required.
