Technical Recruiter - US Timezone

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad and support hiring for the U.S. market. In this role, you’ll recruit across engineering, delivery, and project/program management roles, working closely with teammates in the U.S. and India.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit for U.S.-based roles across engineering, cloud & data, delivery, and project/program management
• Find and engage talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and manage pipelines in Workable
• Connect with candidates, screen profiles, and help them prepare for interviews
• Share high-quality, U.S.-formatted resumes with hiring teams
• Partner closely with U.S. Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements and skillsets needed for each role
• Track and report on recruiting metrics, including candidate statistics and feedback, to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT services or consulting industry.

• Experience supporting the U.S. job market
• Proficient in sourcing tools and platforms for attracting top technical talent such as Workable, LinkedIn, Boolean Searching, etc.
• Strong understanding of technical and delivery roles and requirements in software development, cloud computing, and related fields.
• Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to match the US timezone requirements.
