  • Manage multiple, high-priority searches simultaneously
  • Interview candidates thoroughly to learn all the details about their experience and skills
  • Collaborate closely with Talent AcquisitionManager to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent
  • Ensure a fast yet high-quality hiring process by optimizing sourcing strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Tech Recruiting
  • Ability to source, engage, and activate passive candidates
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to juggle multiple openings and deliver candidates quickly
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize efficiently
  • Experience working at a startup in a flexible and dynamic environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and an excellent communicator
  • A team player who can also work independently and meet hiring goals
