Technical Recruiter - REMOTE

As a Technical Recruiter, you will partner closely with our CTO and VP People to source, recruit and close talented engineering professionals to join our world-class organization.

In this role, you’ll reach out to potential candidates in their current roles and in between roles. You will source them in to hiring managers and create a wonderful end-to-end candidate experience.

You will send hiring managers fewer, more qualified candidates rather than purely focusing on volume. You will check in with candidates at each step of the hiring process. You’ll be a strategic partner to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring great long term fits.

Ideal background and experience

• 3-5+ years of experience with full-cycle recruiting with a focus on engineering roles
• Comfort and experience quickly evaluating candidate profiles for relevant technical skills and experience
• Self starter motivated by meeting quantified candidate goals; able to navigate and flourish in a fast-moving startup environment
• A partner/talent advisor who hears and adapts to hiring manager desires while bringing a voice of experience to the discussion on ideal roles and approaches
• Rapidly iterate and calibrate, as needed, on profiles, outreach approaches, etc especially early in a search
• Ideally strong San Francisco Bay Area contacts and familiarity, regardless of your location
• Proven track record of strong employee retention for sourced candidates in a high growth environment
