As a Technical Recruiter, you will partner closely with our CTO and VP People to source, recruit and close talented engineering professionals to join our world-class organization.
In this role, you’ll reach out to potential candidates in their current roles and in between roles. You will source them in to hiring managers and create a wonderful end-to-end candidate experience.
You will send hiring managers fewer, more qualified candidates rather than purely focusing on volume. You will check in with candidates at each step of the hiring process. You’ll be a strategic partner to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring great long term fits.
You’ll be wooing them to the real deal. Our average customer sees 46% lift in the metrics that matter to them, and we’re fortunate to work with top tier companies including Snowflake, Unilever Prestige, Sumo Logic, Drift, Looker, Emburse, and more.
