About the job

We are seeking a junior Technical Recruiter to join our team, specializing in the recruitment of ServiceNow Engineers and Cloud Engineers. This role will be crucial in identifying top talent and managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring an excellent candidate experience every step of the way.

What you'll do

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, for ServiceNow Engineers and Cloud Engineers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Maintain organized records and manage all details to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Serve as RapDev's ambassador to the talent market, communicating effectively with both candidates and internal team members

Who you are:

  • Experience in technical recruiting, specifically for engineering roles
  • Willingness to learn specifics about ServiceNow and Datadog technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • A good sense of humor and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $50,000-$90,000 annually, depending on experience
