About the role

We are seeking 2023/2024 university graduates looking to start a career in recruiting. This is a rare opportunity for highly ambitious individuals who are interested in experiencing non-linear career growth by joining one of the top high growth companies in Silicon Valley relatively early. You will participate in Applied Intuition’s entry-level recruiting academy (100+ hours of recorded material, live instruction, practical on-the-job training) and then help us build a generational software company as a full-time member of the Applied Intuition recruiting team.
 
Please note that we are an in-office company, which means the expectation is that you would come in to our Mountain View office 5 days a week.

At Applied, you will:

  • Recruit and interview prospective candidates
  • Be an external representative of a top high growth startup
  • Become an expert on the AI, automotive, and autonomous systems industries
  • Identify procedural improvements for Applied’s recruiting efforts
  • Provide management with data and metrics on recruiting efforts
  • Manage a calendar of recruiting events

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • High EQ; is able to quickly build rapport with candidates and employees
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A competitive nature

Nice to have:

  • Internship experience
  • Leadership experience on sports teams, clubs, organizations, etc.
  • Sales experience
  • Customer service experience

The salary range for this position is approximately $90,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
