Drive and lead the full-lifecycle recruitment process from initial reach out to offer to close
Leverage your recruiting metrics to inform your activity needs, which you'll interpret and present to hiring managers, experiment with creative hacks, and iterate rapidly to shorten time-to-hire without losing the personal touch or candidate experience
Work closely with hiring teams across business and tech defining job descriptions, requirements, and interview processes
Collaborate with recruiting coordinators, recruiters, and hiring partners to build a transparent interview experience
Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns
Take full ownership of sourcing passive leads for your pipelines as needed
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on engineering roles
Proven track record of closing difficult candidates and consistently hitting hiring goals
Experience recruiting in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or fast-growth startup environments
Strong ability to assess technical talent and understand what separates good from great for engineers - outside of what's written on paper
Supreme organization and ownership: You juggle multiple searches, keep stakeholders aligned, and move with urgency.
Outstanding storytelling skills: Your outreach is concise, warm, and creative enough to out-compete bigger brands.
A bias for experimentation: You A/B test subject lines & copy, automate workflows, and aren’t afraid to try unique tactics.
Bonus Points: Technical background, familiarity with the devtools or API infrastructure space, experience recruiting for early-stage or Series A/B companies
