We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across data engineering, analytics, cloud, and software engineering. You will play a critical role in scaling high-performing teams by identifying, engaging, and closing top technical talent while acting as a trusted hiring partner to business stakeholders. What you will do?
  • Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake and sourcing to interviews, offer management, and onboarding for technical roles
  • Build strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, ATS tools, and proactive market mapping
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities
  • Conduct recruiter screening calls to assess technical fundamentals, communication skills, motivation, and overall role fit
  • Schedule and manage technical and stakeholder interviews while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
  • Stay updated on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and skill demand across data and engineering roles
  • Deliver a transparent, respectful, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS and track hiring metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-hire, and conversion rates
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and evaluation quality to drive better hiring outcomes
  • What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles such as Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, or Software Engineers
  • Strong understanding of technical skill sets, hiring challenges, and interview evaluation criteria
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates and build long-term talent pipelines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn RecruiterAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • You will be preferred if:
  • Experience recruiting for data analytics, cloud, or modern engineering roles
  • Prior experience in a staffing, consulting, or product-based technology company
  • Exposure to the US hiring markets and time zones
  • Familiarity with technical assessments, coding tests, or interview calibration

    The Path to Joining the Mactores Team
    At Mactores, our recruitment process is structured around three distinct stages:

    Pre-Employment Assessment: 
    You will be invited to participate in a series of pre-employment evaluations to assess your technical proficiency and suitability for the role.

    Managerial Interview: The hiring manager will engage with you in multiple discussions, lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, to assess your technical skills, hands-on experience, leadership potential, and communication abilities.

    HR Discussion: During this 30-minute session, you'll have the opportunity to discuss the offer and next steps with a member of the HR team.
