Job Description:

Calltek is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top technical talent across various industries to support the expanding needs of our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and create accurate, detailed job descriptions.
  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies tailored to technical roles and industry demands.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct initial interviews while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Support the offer process, including coordination of compensation discussions and onboarding documentation.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay informed on recruitment trends, market conditions, and best practices to continuously improve hiring processes.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online sourcing platforms.
  • Willingness to work onsite in General Santos City and participate in local recruitment activities.
