Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter based in Brazil to support recruiting operations across LATAM. This role is ideal for someone who has a technical background, strong communication skills, and a passion for finding exceptional engineering talent.

You’ll work closely with U.S. and LATAM engineering teams, help build culture across the region, and own sourcing, screening, and coordination for various technical roles.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Source top-tier engineering talent across LATAM (React, Node, Python, AWS, etc.)
  • Conduct initial interviews and technical screens
  • Manage candidate pipelines in ATS systems
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
  • Build relationships and culture within Brazil-based engineering teams
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience through clear communication
  • Support employer branding and recruiting operations initiatives
  • Assist in scheduling, coordination, and candidate follow-ups

Some Must-Haves

  • 2–4+ years of recruiting experience (technical preferred)
  • Strong sourcing experience in LATAM markets
  • Ability to understand technical terms and communicate with engineers
  • Near-perfect English (written and verbal)
  • Strong personality, organized, proactive, and great with people
  • Experience working remotely with distributed teams
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and basic recruiting metrics

Other Information

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required.
