Technical Recruiter

BlackStone eIT is on the lookout for a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best technical talent to fuel our innovative projects and drive the company's growth. You'll partner closely with various teams to understand their hiring needs and craft effective recruitment strategies in a competitive tech landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top technical talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and desired candidate profiles
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates for future openings and maintain relationships with potential hires
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of technical roles and recruitment processes
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage with technical candidates effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Results-driven with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Familiarity with interview techniques and assessment tools for technical roles
