We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter to help scale Wizard’s engineering and AI teams. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to build strong, high-quality teams.
This is not a transactional recruiting role. You will be a strategic operator and partner. You will work directly with leadership and hiring managers to understand their organizations, influence hiring decisions, and build scalable processes with Wizard.
The expected base salary range for this role is $155,000 - $200,000 USD, and will vary based on skills, experience, role level, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined by considering these factors alongside overall role scope and responsibilities.
