10Beauty is a robotics startup based in Burlington, MA. We have raised $50M+ from some of the leading venture and celebrity investors in the country to build the world’s first fully autonomous manicure machine. We have pre-sold our first 1,000 machines to some of the most iconic brands in America, including Ulta Beauty and Nordstrom.

As a Technical Recruiter (and 2nd Talent hire for the company), you'll act as a strategic partner to both our technical and non-technical organizations. You will be responsible for consistently raising the talent bar and ensuring we hire exceptional performers who thrive in a high-intensity startup environment. You'll also work closely with our People Operations team focused on building and maintaining a world-class organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles and some non-technical roles as well
  • Conduct candidate interviews, assess skills and culture fit, and manage the interview process end-to-end
  • Track recruiting metrics, maintain an ATS, and generate insights to improve hiring efficiency
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, positioning 10Beauty as a compelling place to work
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience, from initial outreach to offer acceptance
  • Work as a part of our People Operations team to shape the 10Beauty experience

What You Have

  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally including software, embedded systems, or robotics
  • Proven experience sourcing and closing great technical talent
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools and ATS systems (We use Greenhouse and HireEZ)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills - takes a high touchpoint approach with every candidate they work with
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and handle multiple priorities independently
  • Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented — always looking for better ways to source, attract, and engage talent

Salary Range
$80,000$90,000 USD
