What Will I Be Doing?

Own end-to-end delivery of data-driven initiatives — from defining scope and success metrics to execution and impact tracking.
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform business and product decisions.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive-ready insights using tools like Power BI / Tableau.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Finance, Ops, CS) to translate business problems into structured analytical and execution plans.
Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks for analytical and operational initiatives.
Track progress, surface blockers early, and ensure timely delivery across multiple parallel workstreams.
Establish lightweight processes to improve execution rigor, visibility, and accountability.
Continuously improve how the team uses data, tools, and processes to operate more efficiently and effectively.

What Skills Do I Need?

Strong blend of analytical thinking and project/program management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
8–10 years of experience managing analytical programs and cross-functional initiatives of varying scope and complexity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence and align internal stakeholders, including executives across countries, functions, and levels.
Proven experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python and visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
Solid understanding of project management fundamentals — scoping, planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery execution.
Ability to break down complex business problems into structured, actionable workplans.
Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in ambiguous environments.
High attention to detail in data validation, analysis, and reporting to ensure accuracy and credibility.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive outcomes without formal authority.
PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus.
Experience in SaaS, Product Operations, or analytics-driven roles is an advantage.
