We are currently seeking a highly qualified Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role focuses on cross-departmental coordination and driving digital transformation initiatives, requiring a composite talent with strong project management capabilities and a deep understanding of IT consulting. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality technical projects, and accelerating our digital transformation journey.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technical project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
  • Serve as the core coordinator between cross-functional teams (including IT, business, product, operations, and external partners), facilitating effective communication, resolving conflicts, and aligning all stakeholders on project goals and priorities.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, collaborate with business and IT teams to identify digital opportunities, define project roadmaps, and promote the adoption of new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency and business agility.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track project progress, identify potential risks and issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior management and all relevant stakeholders in both English and Mandarin.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, guide team members to fulfill their responsibilities, and ensure effective knowledge sharing across cross-departmental teams.
  • Adapt to changing business needs and project requirements, demonstrate strong ability to navigate uncertainty, and make timely, data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in a Top Tier IT Consulting firm; Experience in managing technical projects related to digital transformation is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken), with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with cross-cultural and cross-departmental stakeholders.
  • Strong project management experience, with proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, etc.).
  • Exceptional ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, propose practical solutions, and navigate uncertainty and complex business scenarios.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies (cloud computing, big data, AI, etc.) and digital transformation best practices is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving innovation and change.
