ABOUT YOU We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who is organized, technically savvy, and results-driven to join our Infrastructure team. The best candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic environment and is excited to lead complex infrastructure projects from planning to execution, align cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence across cloud, network, and system environments. Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and technical infrastructure knowledge are essential, along with experience in managing infrastructure-focused projects in a global, agile environment. The ability to balance multiple priorities, mitigate risks, and deliver high-impact outcomes will be key to your success in this role. RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and manage project plans for infrastructure projects, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure projects on time and within budget

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure project deliverables meet their needs

Identify and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure projects

Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion

Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources

Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders regularly

Stay up-to-date on the latest infrastructure technologies and trends

Develop and implement infrastructure best practices

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Solid experience in project management, preferably in an infrastructure environment

Understanding of infrastructure technologies, concepts, and practices, including networks, servers, storage, cloud computing, databases, IaC, configuration management, logging, monitoring, and alerting

Deep understanding and proficiency in project management methodologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

NICE TO HAVE

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.

Hands-on experience with infrastructure tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Prometheus.

Experience working with global or remote teams.
