Job Overview:

The Technical Project Manager will lead and oversee projects for Tata Elxsi that drive innovation in product engineering and design services. This role requires excellent project management skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and scheduling, ensuring deliverables are met in alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure effective project execution and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in project management methodologies, particularly Agile.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and experience with tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Strong technical background, preferably in software development or embedded systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) are a plus.
