Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks by collaborating with developers, data analysts, and data engineers.
Review, validate, and ensure the accuracy and feasibility of technical deliverables.
Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies: manage backlog, run sprint planning, monitor progress, and maintain documentation using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Lead client onboarding and product education: conduct training sessions, provide hands-on support for platform users, and gather client feedback.
Facilitate both technical and non-technical discussions to ensure all stakeholders share a consistent understanding.
Communicate risks, manage expectations, and maintain transparent stakeholder communication throughout the project.
Continuously learn and adapt—be ready for a steep learning curve in marketing technologies, advertising technologies, and technical concepts; we will provide full support and training.
Maintain strong organizational oversight of all project components, ensuring tasks are completed with attention to detail and clear visibility across the project.

Experience working in cross-functional teams, including data analysts, developers, and project managers.
Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end—from initial planning and POC setup to full CDP implementation.
Willingness to learn and work with complex data architectures used by large international enterprises for internal operations and marketing activation.
Strong capability in monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, following up with stakeholders, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documentation and reports.
Ability to consult with senior Project Managers for guidance during key phases and proactively seek input when needed.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills when working with internal teams (Analytics & Development) and clients to ensure timely delivery.
