  • Continuously learn and adapt—be ready for a steep learning curve in marketing technologies, advertising technologies, and technical concepts; we will provide full support and training.
  • Maintain strong organizational oversight of all project components, ensuring tasks are completed with attention to detail and clear visibility across the project.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, including data analysts, developers, and project managers.
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end—from initial planning and POC setup to full CDP implementation.
  • Willingness to learn and work with complex data architectures used by large international enterprises for internal operations and marketing activation.
  • Strong capability in monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, following up with stakeholders, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documentation and reports.
  • Ability to consult with senior Project Managers for guidance during key phases and proactively seek input when needed.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills when working with internal teams (Analytics & Development) and clients to ensure timely delivery.
  • Eager to develop deep expertise in customer data management and its application in business use cases.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management skills.
