Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for technical initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within scope
- Analyze and optimize technical processes to ensure efficient project delivery
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders clearly and concisely
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify and mitigate project risks
- Oversee the execution of each project phase, ensuring adherence to technical standards
- Manage resource allocation and budget throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges and maintain project momentum
- Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance project outcomes
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3-5 years of experience managing small teams and technical projects
- Proven track record of successful project deployments and meeting deadlines
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
