Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our development unit in India. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our web-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for the US healthcare industry. You will lead a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and the software is delivered on time

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of the EHR system
Lead and guide - team of developers, including .Net Developers, Database Developers, and QA professionals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables
Implement and follow Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any issues or risks
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, successfully delivering software projects using Microsoft technologies
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly Agile
Familiarity with web development frameworks and MS technologies is a plus
Proficiency in using project management tools and software
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
MUST have great documentation & presentation skills
