Your team:

As part of the cross-functional OX Public Sector team, you will contribute to the evolution of modern email, contact, and calendar solutions tailored to the needs of public administration. In this role, you will help strengthen digital sovereignty within Germany’s public sector.

Your new job:

  • Oversee migration projects in close cooperation with product management and development.
  • Lead the operational management of update and change projects.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical requirements, specifications, and concepts.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
  • Support risk analyses and quality assurance measures.
  • Plan and organize test phases, integration processes, and approvals across projects.
  • Maintain project documentation and prepare project-related reports.

Your background:

  • Several years of professional experience in project management within a software company or IT service provider.
  • Alternatively, experience in a technically oriented role with the motivation to develop into project management.
  • Solid experience in the public sector and/or government environment.
  • Experience working with development and QA teams.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical content in an understandable way to all stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • Intrinsic motivation to take ownership and a passion for open-source technologies, thriving in a low-hierarchy environment.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with multicultural teams across different time zones.
